Chicken Fried Brown Rice Recipe By My AWeSOme ReCIpeS




Ingredients:

-Water as required

-Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste

-Brown rice 1 Cup (soaked for 15 minutes)

-Chicken fillet 200g

-Makhan (Butter) 1-2 tbs

-Lehsan (Garlic) chopped 1 tbs

-Shimla mirch (Capsicum) julienne 1 medium

-Gajar (Carrots) Julienne ½ Cup 

-Band gobhi (Cabbage) 1 Cup

-Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste

-Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed 1 tsp

-Hara pyaz (Green onion) leaves chopped 1-2 tbs

-Chicken powder 1 tbs (optional) 

-Apple cider vinegar 1 tbs

-Lemon juice 1 tbs

-Hara pyaz (Green onion) leaves chopped 


Directions:

-In a pot,add water,salt,mix well & bring it to boil.

-Add brown rice & boil for 20-25 minutes or until done then strain,rinse with tab water & set aside.

-Cut chicken fillets into thin slices & set aside.

-In a wok,add butter & let it melt.

-Add garlic & mix well.

-Add chicken,mix well and cook until light golden.

-Add capsicum,carrot,cabbage & mix well.

-Add salt,black pepper crushed,green onion leaves and chicken powder,mix well and stir fry for 1-2 minutes. 

-Add boiled brown rice,apple cider vinegar,lemon juice & mix well.

-Garnish with green onion leaves & serve!

-Pot mein pani aur namak dal ker mix karein aur ubal anay dein.

-Brown rice dal dein aur 20-25 minutes ya pak janay tak boil ker lein phir strain ker ka tab water sa dho lein aur side per rakh dein.

-Chicken fillets ko thin slices mein cut ker lein & side per rakh dein.

-Karahi mein makhan dal ker melt ker lein.

-Lehsan dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.

-Chicken dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur light golden hunay tak paka lein.

-Shimla mirch,gajar aur band gobhi dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein

-Namak,kali mirch crushed,hara pyaz leaves aur chicken powder dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 1-2 minutes stir fry ker lein.

-Boiled brown rice,apple cider vinegar aur lemon juice dal lker ache tarhan mix karein.

-Hara pyaz leaves dal ker serve karein!
